What the work is really like,
told by the people who do it.
Candidates no longer believe statements about company culture, and your own teams believe them even less. What convinces is the faces, the voices and the stories of the people already working with you.
My job is to create the conditions in which your colleagues feel at ease on camera and say what actually drives them: no learned script, just words guided carefully enough to stay natural. Beyond the interviews, I capture the real atmosphere of your company — the exchanges, the spaces, the team rituals, the details that describe your culture better than any slogan.
These films serve your recruitment and your internal events alike: a campaign on your careers page, a conference, an AGM, an end-of-year film shown to the teams. The result is an honest portrait, not an advert.

I guide each contribution on camera, and film the real working life of your teams.

To present what you do to clients and partners rather than to future candidates, a corporate film is the better fit. To put one person in the light, see video portraits.
FAQ
Where do you film?
In your offices, at your production sites, in the workshop or out in the field. Based in Paris, I travel throughout France, Switzerland and Europe.
Do the employees need preparing?
We define the speaking points together, and I talk with each person before filming. But I never have anyone recite a script: a learned testimonial is spotted immediately, and that is exactly what puts a candidate off.
How many employees can be filmed in a day?
Four comfortably in a day, counting the set-up, the cutaway footage and the time spent putting people at ease. Beyond that, it is better to plan a second day than to cut into the quality of the conversations.
What if I only want individual videos, without a main film?
Three individual portraits are included in the Signature package, chosen with you from the people filmed, and taken from the same shoot as the film. Further portraits can be ordered as an option. If you only want individual videos, with no common story tying them together, that is a different service. See filmed interviews
What formats do you deliver?
The main film and the portraits included in your package. The format of each one, 16/9 or vertical, is decided together at the design stage, depending on where it will be shown: a film made for an internal screening is not edited like a video built for social media. A version in the second format is still possible afterwards, as an option.
Can the film be used internally?
Yes, and it is often the best use for it. The same shoot feeds a recruitment campaign and an internal event: a conference, an AGM, an end-of-year film shown to the teams. The edit is then adapted to the big screen, with a different pace and length.
What if the employees are not comfortable?
That is the most common case, and it is the heart of my work. The time spent with each person before filming, the calm of the set-up and attentive direction make the camera disappear faster than you would think. Nobody is ever obliged to take part.
How long before the film is delivered?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks after filming for the first edit, then a few days for adjustments and additional versions. A tight deadline, tied to a conference or a recruitment campaign, can be arranged in advance.
What equipment do you use?
4K cameras, lighting designed for each location, discreet microphones and professional sound recording. A light set-up that goes in without disrupting your teams’ work. See my equipment in detail.
My diary often fills up several weeks ahead. The sooner we talk, the better I can commit to your dates.
