PERSONAL DATA
This is a translation provided for information. The French version prevails.
Studio Fred H takes the protection of your privacy seriously. As things stand, fred-h.com collects no data for tracking or analytics purposes: it uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. The only data processed is what you send voluntarily through the contact form.
When you complete the contact form, the information you enter (name, email address, type of project, intended date, message, how you heard about me and any attached document) is sent to Studio Fred H by email, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quote. This data is never transferred, sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on the legitimate interest of Studio Fred H in responding to enquiries it receives.
To protect the contact form against automated submissions, the site uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google LLC, together with an invisible decoy field designed to detect automated programs. reCAPTCHA may collect certain technical data (IP address, interactions with the page) and set trackers, in order to tell human visitors from bots; this data is transmitted to Google, in the United States. Its use is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service. The decoy field itself collects no data.
The site and its form run on the Webflow platform, published by Webflow, Inc., a company established in the United States, which technically handles form submissions and stores the messages received. The host’s details appear in the legal notice. Some data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Messages received through the form are kept for three years from the last contact, a period corresponding to the commercial relationship that may follow, then deleted. Attached documents follow the same rule. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
In the course of its work, Studio Fred H produces images and sound recordings in which people may be identifiable. This material is produced at the client’s request; the client defines how it is used and is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from the people filmed or photographed. Where this material contains third-party personal data, Studio Fred H acts as the client’s processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, under a data processing agreement concluded between the parties.
Raw files and editing files from a shoot or a session are kept for six months from delivery of the finished work. Finished projects and retouched photographs are kept for five years, so that the client can retrieve them if lost. Everything is stored on a service hosted in Switzerland that does not exploit the data entrusted to it, as well as on redundant media.
This material is neither transferred nor sold to third parties. Studio Fred H may, however, present completed work in its own communications, unless the client objects in writing, in accordance with its terms and conditions. Anyone appearing in these images may request their removal by contacting Studio Fred H, subject to the rights already granted to the client.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and erase data concerning you, as well as the right to data portability and to restriction of processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting Studio Fred H through the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
This policy may change, in particular if a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Webflow Analytics) is enabled in future. Should that happen, this page will be updated to describe the data concerned and, where necessary, to obtain your consent.
