Passing on what you know, clearly.

A research project nobody understands outside the lab, a technical concept your sales team struggles to explain, a scientific subject that deserves better than a brochure: three different needs, one goal, which is to be understood.

Making the complex obvious.
Your expert knows the subject better than anyone, and that is exactly what makes it hard: they know too much to know where to begin. My job is to ask the questions a non-specialist would ask, to keep asking for a rephrase until it is clear, then to rebuild in the edit an argument you can follow without effort.
Where words are no longer enough, motion design takes over: an animated diagram, a figure appearing on screen, a mechanism broken down step by step. That is what separates an expert interview from a film that genuinely explains.
The format is 3 min per episode: long enough to set out a problem, explain it and conclude, short enough to be watched to the end and shared.

These are the details you never see on screen, and they are what separates a recited line from something that rings true.
The process
01
Format design
You tell me your goal and the subject to explain. I design a format and, for a series, a visual proposal. We choose the angle together, and I prepare the questions.
02
Filming the interview
I lead the conversation with your expert, supported by a technical operator. Allow 20 to 30 min of interview: better too much material than not enough.
03
Editing and sign-off
I rebuild the answers into an order that follows, then send you that first edit along with a proposed animation approach. We adjust before the graphics work begins.
04
Animation and delivery
The motion design is created, music and sound design go with it, and the episode is delivered ready to publish.

The episodes adapted for a French-speaking audience: translated subtitles, and voice-over re-recorded where there is one.
On request.

FAQ
Who writes the content?
You provide the material, I build the path through it. You send me your documents and explain the subject beforehand; we choose the angle together and I prepare the questions. On the day, your expert has nothing to recite: they answer, and the edit rebuilds an order that makes sense.
Our subject is very technical. Is that a problem?
It is more of an advantage. Not being from the field forces me to ask the questions your audience will ask, and to keep asking for a rephrase until it is clear. The scientific content stays under your control: nothing goes out without your approval.
How long does filming take?
Allow 20 to 30 min of interview per expert, preceded by setting up the room. On a series, several episodes can be filmed in the same session when the speakers are available on the same day.
Can we have the video in a vertical format?
Yes, but it is an option to decide at the design stage. Adapting an animation to 9/16 is not a crop: the entire graphic treatment has to be rethought, which is real additional work.
How long before the episodes are delivered?
Allow 3 to 5 weeks for a first episode, since the motion design needs its own creative phase after you approve the edit. Later episodes in a series go faster, the visual identity being already built.
Do you use our brand guidelines?
For a single episode, yes: the graphics take your colours and your typefaces. For a series, I propose an animated identity of its own, consistent with your guidelines but designed for the screen and built to last across several episodes.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included. They sit at the two moments that matter: approving the edit and the animation approach, then approving the animated episode. That is also why the first approval is decisive, since the animation is created afterwards.
What formats do you deliver?
Files ready to publish on the web, on social media, on your intranet or for screening, in 4K, subtitled.
Who owns the rights to the videos?
You hold the usage rights for your own distribution. The terms are set out in the quote, including for the animated elements created for your series.
How is travel charged?
The prices shown apply to Paris and Île-de-France. Elsewhere in France, in Switzerland or in Europe, travel costs are added to the quote: transport and accommodation where applicable, at cost or as a fixed fee depending on the project.
